We ship your items within 48 hours of receiving your order. For orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we ship on the following business day. Once we’ve sent out your items, we will email you to confirm delivery and provide a tracking number.
Shipping:
We offer free delivery for 3 items and free express shipping for 4 or more items. Our Prep Pack counts as 3 items and hence free delivery. If you only need 1 or 2 items, then shipping will be calculated via Australia Post rates. Typically, within Australia it will be under $10. Internationally, it can range from $20 - $50 depending on your proximity to Sydney where we ship from.
